By breaking away from rigid, conventional roasting processes, we unlocked a vast spectrum of coffee profiles. Beyond our unique interpretations of world-class specialty coffees, we specialize in creating customized products for the market. In recent years, we have focused our expertise on Taiwan’s coffee regions, varieties, and processing methods, meticulously developing the optimal roasting curves for local beans.
In 2018, Chun Ri Hao Ri Co., Ltd. was officially established with a mission to roast high-quality coffee. Our journey begins with sourcing premium green beans and extends to the development of diverse products and packaging—including whole beans, drip bags, and curated gift sets.
We serve a wide range of clients, from discerning individual connoisseurs and businesses seeking customization to F&B operators requiring standardized excellence. Our core philosophy lies in the transition from "bean seeking" to "bean taming"—adjusting our roasting techniques to honor the terroir and seasons, refining every flavor to achieve both stability and distinctiveness.
In 2022, we expanded our operations by launching a "Grab & Go" store at the Taipei Metro Shuanglian Station, bringing an exceptional coffee experience to the fast-paced urban lifestyle. For over three years, we have maintained rigorous control over production, processing, and sales. While offering global specialty coffees, we have actively pioneered the Taiwanese specialty coffee market, introducing superior roasting techniques to consumers and showcasing Taiwan’s finest beans to the world.
We currently operate boutiques and roasting centers in Taipei’s Daan and Zhongshan districts. Our physical retail presence includes major international gateways through:Ever Rich Duty Free: Neihu Flagship Store, Songshan Airport, Taoyuan International Airport, and Kaohsiung International Airport.Tasa Meng Group: Taoyuan International Airport, Kaohsiung International Airport, and Matsu Nangan Airport.Furthermore, we supply commercial-grade coffee to numerous independent cafes, restaurant chains, and corporate offices.
